IGM Gymnastics Competitive Team follows the USA Gymnastics competitive Levels 4 - 10 curriculum. Levels 4 - 6 being compulsory levels (all gymnasts perform the same routines) and Levels 7+ are optional levels in which each gymnast has uniquely choreographed routines. IGM's focus at the competitive level is correct technique, perfecting routines and building strength and skills to advance to the next level(s). We believe in teaching gymnasts skills they can use beyond gymnastics such as confidence, motivation, and respect.
Artistic Level 5 Competitive Team
Joining the competitive team requires greater commitment from gymnasts and parents. Time and cost, expectations, and hard work are amplified at the competitive levels. Yet the transition onto the competitive team brings many benefits that outweigh the increased responsibilities.
Artistic Level 4 Competitive Team
At the competitive levels gymnasts have the chance to experience objective moments that prove hard work pays off. They also continue to grow in the qualities of sportsmanship, time management, and self-esteem amongst many others.
